General Conditions
- 2-night minimum stay.
- 3-night minimum stay for long weekends and festivals.
- Maximum of 8 guests per stay.
- Booking rates are per person. Please ensure you book for the correct number of people staying (additional people will be charged at $70 per person, per night).
- Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets (even though we love them!)
- Strictly no smoking inside.
- Strictly no parties or functions.
- An additional cleaning charge of $50 per hour will be charged if the property is not left in a tidy manner.
- Any damage that is incurred as a result of your stay exceeding $50 will be charged to your credit card.
If you are booking Lusso KV, we know you have an eye for quality and appreciate comfort and style. To maintain our high standards, we ask that you respect the house as if it were your own.
Access details will be sent to you prior to your arrival.
Payment Policy
- A valid credit card must be provided at the time of booking.
- A 50% prepayment is due at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- All prepayments once made, are non-refundable.
- In the event you need to cancel your reservation more than 14 days before arrival, you will receive a credit (less any third party booking fees), for use within 6 months at Lusso KV.
- Changes to your booking less than 14 days before arrival are not refundable and will not receive a credit.
As a boutique accommodation business, late cancellations often result in an empty property which has a significant impact on our small business.
